Middle and High School Return to School Survey
In preparation for our next steps, SULS is planning to gradually bring students back face to face. Middle and high school students will have the option of continuing to receive 100% virtual instruction or returning for face to face instruction. Based on the results of this survey, SULS administration will determine the appropriate schedule for all students to ensure compliance with CDC guidelines. The school will provide an opportunity to change your option at the end of the grading period.
Please complete the survey by September 23, 2020.
